Before Work Begins

If you request cancellation before work has started, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion.

After Work Begins

Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable because resources, time, and expertise have already been allocated to your project.

Monthly Services

Monthly management fees are billed for each service period and are generally non-refundable once the service period has begun.

Clients may cancel future services by providing written notice before the next billing period.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern regarding your purchase, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues professionally.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution while supporting documentation is provided to the payment processor.
